Commercial growth
Healthcare business growth: from a website visit to a qualified enquiry
Connect useful articles, service pages and campaigns with enquiry handling and meaningful commercial measurement.
Choose an audience and a next step
Identify the decision-maker and the action you want to help them take. A procurement manager seeking supplies has different questions from a prospective programme partner. Define a service, audience and suitable enquiry route rather than asking one page to make every possible offer.
Give articles and service pages distinct roles
An article should answer a practical question, such as how to compare vendor offers. A service page should explain scope, deliverables and how to begin. Link the two where helpful. For a campaign, select a destination that matches the advertisement's promise without inflated claims or guaranteed outcomes.
Collect enough information to start a conversation
Ask for the organisation, request type, contact details and a short business brief. Do not request patient records or sensitive health details in a marketing form. Explain what happens next and assign someone to receive, respond to and record each enquiry.
Measure progress beyond clicks
Distinguish a visit, a WhatsApp click, an actual enquiry, a qualified request and a proposal. A click does not prove a message was sent. Define a qualified request internally, for example a known organisation with a clear need inside your service scope, and record its source and outcome.
Review the promise and the follow-up
If clicks increase without clear enquiries, examine message alignment and contact friction before increasing spend. If suitable requests arrive but stall, review response handling and qualification. Respect privacy choices when configuring measurement. Neither publishing articles nor launching campaigns guarantees rankings or sales.
